Remote controlled cars are all well and good, but a bit two dimensional for our liking here at Gadgets Towers. So when this Mini Forklift Truck Set showed up we got the third dimension we were looking for.

Remote Control Palm-Z Micro Plane

Not many years ago, if you wanted a radio controlled model plane then you had to go to your local model shop, hand over several hundred pounds and invest many hours building something that would inevitably crash shortly after takeoff, resulting in an expensive pile of smouldering firewood.

There are no such problems with the Palm Z Micro Plane! Designed from the start to be used indoors, it is constructed from sturdy polypropylene foam, which allows it to shrug off knocks and crashes. It is also far less devastating when you crash into the TV or Uncle Albert’s left ear.

Weighing just 10 grammes (that’s less than half an ounce in old money) undoubtedly helps, but this has only been made possible by the very latest technology. The tiny but effective electric motor is powered by a lithium-polymer battery (the same technology used in the very latest mobile phones).
